the google hangout is just like skype but in my opinion better because of the amount of people you can have and you can have groups of people you can choose to be with.

Google Voice

the google voice tool is a great way to talk to others and not have to pay unless its out of the country. I was able to call my mom from my computer and call her cell phone, this I truly would try if you do not have a phone. To get to google voice you must get to google plus and call any number you please in the United States for free! a really cool feature is that you can get your own number and don't always have to use your phone!
